Description
Take some time to unwind and move gently in the calm, beautiful space of the Cathedral. These sessions start with simple breathwork before moving into a flowing Hatha Vinyasa class suitable for all abilities. Along with the physical benefits, you'll have the chance to relax deeply and help restore both body and mind.
Each class will begin with guided breathwork, gradually building to a Hatha Vinyasa Flow class that focuses on moving with the breath and building a safe and strong practice. Participants of all levels and abilities are welcome.
In addition to the physical benefits of yoga, these classes will also offer the opportunity for deep rest and relaxation, allowing the body and mind to reset, restore, and tranquilise the nervous system.
